At VellaSleep, we stand behind every product we sell with our 30-Night Glow Guarantee.

Our Promise If you use VellaSleep consistently for 30 nights and do not notice an improvement in your sleep quality or skin  we will refund you completely. No forms. No questions. No hassle.

Eligibility

  • Refund requests must be made within 30 days of delivery
  • Product must have been used for a minimum of 14 consecutive nights
  • One refund per customer per product

How to Request a Refund Email us at info@vellasleep.com with your order number and a brief note about your experience. We will process your refund within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.

COD Orders For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds are processed via bank transfer. Please include your bank account details when contacting us.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders If you received a damaged, defective or incorrect product, we will replace it immediately at no cost. Please email us with a photo of the product within 48 hours of delivery.

Non-Returnable Items For hygiene reasons, opened product packs that have been used for more than 30 nights are not eligible for return. However our 30-night guarantee still applies , if it did not work for you, we refund you regardless.

Shipping Charges Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
