Processing Time All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of payment confirmation. COD orders are processed after telephonic or WhatsApp confirmation.
Delivery Timeline
- Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Pune, Kolkata): 3-5 business days
- Tier 2 cities: 4-6 business days
- Tier 3 cities and remote areas: 5-8 business days
Shipping Partners We ship via Shiprocket, Delhivery, DTDC and Blue Dart depending on your location to ensure the fastest delivery.

Order Tracking Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking link via SMS and email. You can also track your order at tracking page using your order number.
Cash on Delivery COD is available across India. A confirmation message will be sent before dispatch. Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at your delivery address.
Failed Delivery If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts the package will be returned to us. We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Damaged in Transit If your order arrives damaged please photograph the package and product immediately and contact us at info@vellasleep.com within 48 hours. We will replace the product at no cost.
International Shipping We currently ship only within India. International shipping is not available at this time.
